💸 Refund Policy for The Slacktivist Rebellion

We believe in transparency, consent, and care. If something you purchased didn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we handle refunds—with no guilt, no hustle, and no gaslighting.

🛍️ Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Templates)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the item is delivered. If you experience a technical issue or didn’t receive your file, contact us—we’ll make it right.

 

🔮 Services (Readings, Consults, Custom Work)

Refunds are available if:

  • You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session

  • We’re unable to deliver the service as promised

  • You experience a major issue that we can’t resolve

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds, but we’ll always try to reschedule with care.

 

🧵 Physical Products (If applicable)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—your choice.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, but we’re always open to dialogue.
